Extensive experience, knowledge and skills – with over 26 years in residential and commercial construction projects, both large and small, Eric is a natural fit as principle at MastersTouch Construction. He began working in construction in 1985, when he took a position as an estimator and project manager for a local commercial construction company. Just two years later he started his own construction company, C.E. Rose & Co. and having worked in this business from the ground up, Eric has a solid understanding of everything in the business from estimating to project management and accounting. Projects include commercial structures and custom-built homes; commercial and residential remodels, and residential subdivisions. In addition to estimating and project management, Eric oversees accounting and finances for MastersTouch Construction.
Eric has a B.S. from Biola University in Business Administration and completed extensive coursework in civil engineering and construction management at California Polytechnic State University, and has been a licensed general contractor since 1987. He was born in Santa Rosa and at a young age, his family relocated to the Eastern Sierra community of Bishop CA where he spent his time hiking, fishing, skiing, rock climbing, mountain biking and backpacking. After college, he returned to Sonoma County, where he has lived ever since. His family has called Sonoma County home since 1925.
